Pharmacist in Charge
Rannon Ching
Rannon is the Pharmacist-In-Charge at Tarrytown Pharmacy. He was born in Honolulu Hawaii, living there until his family moved to Lake Travis in Austin, Texas, prior to him starting the fifth grade.
Rannon completed undergraduate pre-requisites and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Texas at Austin in 2014. His professional passions include building strong patient-pharmacist relationships, immunizations, educating students, and advancing independent pharmacy and the profession. He works closely with the University of Texas College of Pharmacy and is involved with teaching third and fourth-year pharmacy students, developing research projects and is a member of the college’s Experiential Curriculum Sub-committee.
When Rannon is not in the pharmacy, he enjoys playing music (piano, guitar, and drums) with friends and in various church bands, eating at new restaurants, and cooking. His hobbies also include baking artisan bread from scratch.

Laura Kelly
Laura Kelly is a third-generation pharmacist raised in Gladewater, TX where she developed her passion for being a pharmacist at her father’s independent pharmacy, Jobe Drug Company. Laura attended the University of Texas, earning her pharmacy degree in 1974. She and husband Pat Kelly, Assistant County Attorney, moved to Tarrytown in 1984 where they raised their two children Clay and Kacy.
Two years later, Laura Kelly began her career at Tarrytown Pharmacy where she enjoys being able to make meaningful connections and doing whatever she can to help friends and neighbors. When Laura is not in the pharmacy, she maintains her fitness at Westwood Country Club looking for her next marathon to run.
Pharmacist
Megan Snelson
Megan Snelson is a strong advocate for expanding pharmacy services in order to take care of her patients in diverse ways. Megan graduated from St. Edwards University with a degree in Biochemistry and received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Incarnate Word. Through her training, Megan learned about the value of that pharmacies can provide patients through diabetes and blood pressure screening as well as flu and strep tests. It is because of her that Tarrytown Pharmacy offers these services today.
Megan has a young son who lights up the lives of everyone he meets. She enjoys cooking flavorful dishes with her own Texan influence. When she is not at home, Megan likes to practice her golf swing at the local course or to embark on new fishing adventures with her family.

Ellie Studdard
Ellie Studdard is a born and raised Texan who hails from her hometown of Lubbock. She studied Health Science and Business Administration at Baylor University before attending The University of Texas at Austin for her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Ellie is passionate about taking care of her patients proactively rather than reactively. She is always promoting immunizations and taking the extra step to ensuring that her patients understand their medications.
Though her patients always come first, Ellie’s two adorable dachshunds are close seconds in her heart. If she is not at the pharmacy or with her dogs, you can find her checking out new Austin restaurants or at home with a good book. Come stop by Tarrytown pharmacy and ask for Ellie if you ever need medication or literary recommendation!
Pharmacist, Director
James Cong
James is a Business and Clinical Director at Tarrytown Pharmacy. He grew up in Austin and studied biomedical engineering at The University of Texas at Austin before receiving his Doctor of Pharmacy degree there as well. His inspiration for becoming a pharmacist stems from his life-long experience of managing his grandparents' healthcare needs. He is passionate about doing whatever it takes to fill in the gaps of care that can occur along the way in the healthcare process. He strongly believes that everyone should feel like they have a healthcare family member on the "inside" watching out for them. By starting the Concierge Membership Program, James is ensuring that he can take care of the patients of Tarrytown Pharmacy to the degree that they deserve, as he would his own family.
In his free time, James enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his 9 year old corgi, Zorro. He often takes Zorro to local corgi meet-ups or to hikes around Austin. James loves meeting new people and would love the chance to say hi to you or your furry friend!


Pharmacist Resident - PGY-1
Jessica Frasier
Jessica Frasier is the current resident at Tarrytown Pharmacy. She is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and graduated with her PharmD from The University of Maryland School of Pharmacy where she served as NCPA chapter president. Before arriving in Austin, Jessica worked at her local independent pharmacy where she started as a cashier during her senior year of high school. It was at this pharmacy where her passion for independent pharmacy and ownership flourished.
Her interests within pharmacy include diabetes education and advocating for the independent pharmacy industry. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with outdoor activities like paddleboarding and hiking as well as getting creative in the kitchen!
