Return Policy

Full-Price Items

We hope you are satisfied with your Tarrytown Pharmacy purchase! If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a full-refund on unopened, unused, and full-priced items within 30 days of your delivery date. Refund requests on qualifying full-priced items made after 30 days will be considered for exchange or store- credit.

**Please note: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued at over $75. Tarrytown Pharmacy cannot guarantee or be held responsible for lost items intended for return.

 

Our customer service staff will send you an email confirmation once we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based upon a subsequent inspection of the item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a time frame set by your credit card company or other forms of payment. Credit card refunds will usually take at least a few business days to appear on a statement but could vary based on the card company.

 

Sale-Priced Items

All Sale-Priced items sales are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

Damages 

If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email our Customer Service team at customerservices@tarrytownpharmacy.com within 15 days, include your order number and pictures of the damages. A member of our Customer Service team will be in contact with you shortly to provide possible options.

 

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservices@tarrytownpharmacy.com and send your item to 2727 Exposition Blvd. Ste. 105 Austin, TX 78703, United States.

 

Please note: Once the product is removed from its protective packaging; we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling. Please submit all claims to our Customer Service team via email: customerservice@tarrytownpharmacy.com.

For late or missing refunds...

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@tarrytownpharmacy.com.

Gift Policy

Full-Priced Items

We proudly offer gift wrapping for all full-priced online items for a flat fee of $5.00. A Tarrytown Pharmacy Gift wrap includes your items wrapped in wrapping paper complemented by a bow.

Note: Upon request, complimentary gift wrapping is available in-store.

 

Sale-Priced Items

All sale-priced items are excluded from gift wrapping offers online and in-store.
