Submit Your Test To Insurance!
Tarrytown Pharmacy will not submit claims to insurance, and it is the responsibility of the patient/customer to submit the required paperwork to the respective insurance company. Tarrytown Pharmacy provides the information needed by most insurance companies on our official results PDF, which can be requested via email after you receive your results.
